Art Gallery Performance Diagnostic
Running a gallery means you’re balancing relationships, revenue, artists, exhibitions, inventory, marketing, and operations. And you are likely doing all that with a small team (or just you). When things feel messy for my clients, it’s usually because of a few key bottlenecks that are creating an avoidable drag across the whole business.
Art gallery performance diagnostic and action-planning session for gallery owners who want to improve sales pipeline, collector follow-up, marketing cadence, artist relationships, and exhibition project management.
Our Gallery Performance Diagnostic session is designed to identify those bottlenecks quickly, translate them into priorities, and give you a practical plan you can execute over the next 90 days. With the art market changing so rapidly, there is really no time to waste.
This is for gallery owners and directors who want to:
- Create more predictable sales without living in constant follow-up chaos or leaving money on the table
- Get consistent about marketing and outreach without it taking over your week
- Reduce operational stress around inventory, deadlines, strategic planning, and exhibition planning
- Stop spinning on “we should really…” and start making clear decisions that moves the gallery into a bright future
If you’re overwhelmed, unsure what to fix first, or feel like the gallery is being held together by memory and last-minute effort, let’s talk. I’d like to help.
The outcome? Clarity, priorities, and next steps
In 90 minutes, we’ll do three things:
- Identify the top bottlenecks affecting performanceSales pipeline, lead flow, operations, decision cadence. Whatever is creating friction or lost revenue.
- Separate symptoms from root causes“We’re inconsistent with follow-up” and “we don’t have enough leads” are usually system problems, not motivation problems. We’ll find the real constraint.
- Leave with a 90‑day action planClear priorities, sequenced steps, and the minimum tracking you need to stay on course.
You’ll walk away knowing what to do first, what to do next, and what can wait.
What’s included
The cost of this session is $150.00 USD. Payment can be made at the time of booking. Included is:
1) Pre‑Questionnaire
Before we meet, you’ll complete a short pre‑questionnaire. It gives me the context I need to make the session focused and useful, without turning it into a long interview. This should not take more than 30 mins to complete.
Expect questions about:
- Your goals and current constraints
- How leads come in and how sales move (or stall)
- Marketing channels and consistency
- Operational workflows (what breaks, what’s hard to track)
- What you review weekly/monthly to run the gallery
2) A 1:1 90‑minute Session
This is a working session, not a lecture. I’ll guide the conversation, ask targeted questions, and keep us focused on what matters most for your priorities and unique situation. We will meet over Zoom.
3) A 90‑Day Action Plan
This is your roadmap. After our session, I’ll send you a clear plan for the next 90 days, including:
- Your top 3 bottlenecks (and why they matter)
- Your highest-leverage priorities
- Recommended systems/processes in plain language to put in place
- A realistic sequence of next steps, so you’re not trying to fix everything at once
You’ll feel a deep sense of relief because you won’t be carrying the whole business in your head anymore, along with real confidence in what matters most right now and clear momentum from having a practical plan you can act on immediately.
Common Questions
“Can you really understand my gallery in 90 minutes?”
I’m not trying to learn everything about your gallery. I’m helping you identify the bottlenecks and create a smart 90‑day plan. Think of this as performance triage, backed by strategy and systems experience. If you want to go deeper, we can talk about what would be most useful for additional support.
“We already use Artlogic/ArtCloud/Shopify/spreadsheets.”
Great. Tools aren’t the issue. What matters is whether your workflow, tracking, and decision cadence support consistent sales and smooth operations.
