Art gallery performance diagnostic and action-planning session for gallery owners who want to improve sales pipeline, collector follow-up, marketing cadence, artist relationships, and exhibition project management.

Our Gallery Performance Diagnostic session is designed to identify those bottlenecks quickly, translate them into priorities, and give you a practical plan you can execute over the next 90 days.  With the art market changing so rapidly, there is really no time to waste.

The cost of this session is $150.00 USD. Payment can be made at the time of booking.  Included is:

1) Pre‑Questionnaire

Before we meet, you’ll complete a short pre‑questionnaire. It gives me the context I need to make the session focused and useful, without turning it into a long interview. This should not take more than 30 mins to complete.

Expect questions about:

  • Your goals and current constraints
  • How leads come in and how sales move (or stall)
  • Marketing channels and consistency
  • Operational workflows (what breaks, what’s hard to track)
  • What you review weekly/monthly to run the gallery

2) A 1:1 90‑minute Session

This is a working session, not a lecture. I’ll guide the conversation, ask targeted questions, and keep us focused on what matters most for your priorities and unique situation. We will meet over Zoom.

3) A 90‑Day Action Plan

This is your roadmap. After our session, I’ll send you a clear plan for the next 90 days, including:

  • Your top 3 bottlenecks (and why they matter)
  • Your highest-leverage priorities
  • Recommended systems/processes in plain language to put in place
  • A realistic sequence of next steps, so you’re not trying to fix everything at once

You’ll feel a deep sense of relief because you won’t be carrying the whole business in your head anymore, along with real confidence in what matters most right now and clear momentum from having a practical plan you can act on immediately.
